We are writing to thank your employees for their generous and kind help on the road.
We were driving from Cambridge to Leeds, when we found ourselves lost on a small farm road. To our embarrassment, we not only drove down the wrong road, but managed to reverse straight into a pile of mud, getting our car hopelessly stuck. It wouldn’t move an inch.
We soon noted, in the distance, men in high-vis vests, working right next to the closed motorway. We were met with great warmth, and humour, by a man who introduced himself as Pat. This saviour round up his team of men, drove us all back to the mud puddle, and commanded the team to push and pull. Less than a minute later our car was free and back on dry land again.
