Walterstown GAA pitch hosts Meath Senior Football Championship winners on five occasions and two time Leinster Senior Club football Championships.
They provide Gaelic football for people in the community of Johnstown and Walterstown from U5 to adult level.
Mulligan Fencing was contracted by Walterstown GAA to do pitch fencing, footpath and civil works in the summer of 2023. These works included demolition of dugouts, installation of lights.
Upon completion of this project, Walterstown GAA pitch went on to win the Meath GAA Grounds of the Year 2023.
