The M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy motorway project comprises the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of three new sections of road of the M11, N30, and an N80 link in Ireland.
The realigned route comprises of approximately 27km of M11 Mainline, with a standard dual motorway carriageway type. In addition, approximately 8km of single carriageway was constructed to bypass Enniscorthy.
The M11 project forms a strategic component of the motorway network, providing a high-quality safe link within the south-east region of Ireland. A key benefit was easing congestion due to bypassing Ferns, Camolin & Enniscorthy. The main structural feature of this scheme is the crossing of the River Slaney combined with a crossing of the Dublin-Rosslare rail line and a local road.
