The Cherrywood Development is situated at the foot of the Dublin Mountains, minutes away from the sea and is serviced by the Luas Line and the M50 Motorway ensuring excellent access to Dublin City and Airport. The Development includes an existing 53,000 square metre office park and a 390 acre master planned development site, which will consist of a new retail-led mixed use Town Centre along with over 3,500 apartments.
In addition, there will be 5km of internal roadways, a number of parks will be built such as the 13 acre Beckett Park, 22 acre Tully Park and the 47 acre Ticknick Park.
