About Mulligan Fencing
Alan Mulligan founded Mulligan Fencing as a start-up in 1997, became an incorporated company in 2000 and added Mulligan Fencing Contracting Ltd as a UK subsidiary in 2008.
We manufacture, supply and install all types of fencing, railings and acoustic barriers for infrastructure, housing, schools, amenities, transport and industrial projects across Ireland & the UK.
We have successfully completed fencing projects in every county in Ireland. In the UK we have successfully completed projects from Cornwall in South England to Shetland Islands off Scotland’s northern coast.
We are proud to be an ISO 9001 accredited company and have the key member of staff with up to 21 years commitment to the company throughout the past 25 years in business.
Our strength is in our contracting ability – this is what sets us apart from our competition. It is easy to sell someone a fence, but very few, if any, can offer the full service from manufacture to install completion that has been the cornerstone of Mulligan Fencing for over 25 years.
We directly employ 40 fence erectors along with 20 skilled fabricators in our 3500 m² manufacturing facility.
IN addition, we have a trusted pool of 40 sub-contractors. We have continuously invested in the best modern plant available and spent over €1m in new plant in 2021 alone.
This policy of owning our own plant and equipment has allowed us to be totally self-sufficient in delivering fencing projects on time every time.
Our reputation has been built on sourcing only the best quality long-life materials. All our timber comes with relevant treatment certs from FSC accredited sawmills. All our steel fencing is galvanised as a minimum and may be powder coated or painted as required.
We have recently added a new painting shop, with a large oven, to our manufacturing facilities so we can now offer the option of galvanised fencing that is spray painted with automotive grade paint and baked in our over to 170°.
